Birthday Parties

Celebrate your birthday with a unique and memorable equestrian twist. Our customized packages cater to horse riding enthusiasts of all ages, providing a memorable experience that will last a lifetime. Our parties are 2 hours long, comprising of a 60- minute riding activity and a 60-minute pizza party. The cost for a 2-hour party $350 for a party of 5 children, with additional amenities available upon request.

Schedule for party: 2 Hours:

  • Horseback Riding, Grooming, Petting and Playing with Horses: (approximately) 45 minutes
  • Live Horse Painting: 15 minutes
  • Horse Rides: 30 minutes
  • Birthday Celebration Outside or Observation area (weather permitting): 30 minutes. At this time, you can enjoy cake, presents, etc.

With this Contract, GV Equestrian Dreams, LLC. agrees to provide for your birthday party:

  • We will have the outside/observation area prepared and clean prior to event.
  • We will provide decorations, paper plates, utensils and napkins for the party and have these set up and ready for use. The themes we offer are: The Wild West, Princess and Unicorn and My Little Pony. We are open to other themes at an additional cost. Please enter desired theme when you sign the contract.
  • We will provide the use of the birthday party facilities for up to 5 children, and 5 adult guests. Any additional guest may be added: see pricing below.
  • There will be a grooming and/or a horseback riding opportunity for each paid child.
  • One experienced rider will be provided to direct birthday party.
  • One horse will be provided for painting and grooming during party.
  • One horse will be provided for riding during party for the birthday person. An extra charge of $20.00 will be included for those who wish to ride and must have a helmet.
  • We will remove all bagged trash from the area after the event.

With this contract, you will agree to:

  • Make a $150.00 non-refundable deposit to secure the time and date of event. We cannot hold any reservation until this deposit has been received.
  • Pay the remaining balance no later than the Tuesday prior to the event. We will email/text you an invoice.
  • The above information is for 5 childrens, should there be additional guests, this will need to be paid for at the same time the balance is.
  • Provide us with an estimated guest count either on the Tuesday when balance is due or prior to that.
  • Make sure all guests remain in the designated event area until the start of your event. This is for the safety of you and your guests.
  • Have all food, presents and trash cleared from the event area within 15 minutes at the end of your event.
  • Ensure all guest are picked up no later than 15 minutes after the event ends. There will be an additional $30.00 fee for anyone who remains more than 15 minutes after the event ends. This includes the host family.
  • Provide all guests directions to the stables
  • Make all guests aware that we gave a strict NO SMOKING/VAPING policy.

Cost of Birthday Party:

  • Total cost of birthday party, including up to 5 children: $350.00
  • Non-Refundable Deposit of $150.00 to reserve event date and time.

Additional Fees:

  • $10.00 per additional guests over 5 children.
  • $20.00 per additional horse requested ride. Must have helmet.
  • $20.00 per additional horse requested for painting.
